Returns and Functional Warranty

We sell both new and used machine parts, and we want you to feel confident when purchasing from us. For that reason, we offer a 14‑day functional warranty on all parts, unless otherwise stated.

14‑Day Functional Warranty

All parts including used ones are inspected and tested before sale. The functional warranty means that the part must operate as intended upon delivery and for the first 14 days after you receive it.

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by incorrect installation or use
• Issues that occur after delivery

If you discover a problem:

• Contact us within 14 days
• Describe the issue and include photos or video if possible
• We will review the case and agree on the best solution

Possible solutions include:

• Replacement (if a similar part is in stock)
• Repair
• Refund

Returns

Returns are accepted only by prior agreement.
The item must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is our fault.

Used Parts

Since many of our parts are used, appearance, wear, and color may vary. This does not affect functionality and is not considered a defect. We always strive to describe our parts as clearly as possible.

Exceptions

• Electrical components cannot be returned once installed
• Special‑order parts are not eligible for returns
• Damage caused by incorrect installation is not covered by the warranty
